About this tool

Convert a specific moment between time zones with full DST awareness — the core operation behind scheduling agents, calendar invites and cross-team standups. Both zones' exact offsets are shown, so nothing is silently assumed.

target = wall-clock in source zone − source offset + target offset (DST-aware via IANA rules)

Frequently asked questions

Is daylight saving handled?

Yes — offsets come from the IANA database at the exact moment converted, including DST transitions and historical rules.

Which format should I use?

"YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM" in 24-hour time. Seconds are optional. The source zone defaults to UTC if omitted.
