Frequently asked questions
Does it validate data types or emails?
No — this is structural validation (parseability and shape). Data-quality rules belong in the consuming system; a schema-typed validator is on the roadmap.
Why did my quoted field parse oddly?
RFC 4180 requires quotes only around fields, doubling embedded quotes ("say ""hi"""). The parser follows that strictly — nonstandard exports from old tools are flagged, not silently repaired.
